New Legal Clinic

Since our inception, we have provided advice to arts administrators and members of Boards of Directors on a range of legal issues including: the Society Act, governance, privacy, employment, membership structure, charitable status and beyond.  We have decided to open up the Outreach to all non profits and charities across the Lower Mainland.  Beginning in  November 2010, ALO will extend their services to offer a new summary legal advice clinic  on a monthly basis to any non profit society, charity, cooperative, collective or groups of folk who need a place to go to have their questions answered.  Go to Intake Forms and  follow the steps.
